Motorsport can be dangerous. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you participate at your own risk. If you are responsible for children, you allow them to participate at your own risk.
All drivers must wear appropriate footwear (i.e no open toe shoes)
Children must wear neck braces for driving, supplied by Drift Karting
I will (ensure any children I am responsible for) obey all rules and regulations of Drift Karting.
I will (ensure any children I am responsible for) wear a helmet while operating a kart or otherwise while in or around the racetrack
I will (ensure any children I am responsible for) closely observe and follow the instructions of all karting staff at Drift Karting.
I will (ensure any children I am responsible for) keep my hands and feet inside the kart at all times when in the kart.
I will (ensure any children I am responsible for) stay seated in the kart until instructed by a track official to get out of the kart;
I will arrive promptly for my session. Due to limited availability, we can not guarantee moving you to another session for late arrival and can not provide any refunds for karting tickets. We will endeavour to move you to the next available session but can not guarantee this will be on the same day.
Drift Karting reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Drift Karting or their representatives.
